"The property is clean and well maintained. As of many hotels in Europe it suffers from lack of proper climate control systems in the rooms. This hotel is very isolated from any type of shopping or restaurants, with that said you will need to walk or have a rented vehicle to get anywhere. Aside from that, this is a great hotel for the price."

"Although the room was clean and had comfortable beds. I did not expect to not see basic tea/coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was poor with no choice of any hot food, just yogurt, bread, some deli and drinks. The shuttle dropped off at the nearest bus stop which means you have to walk with luggage about 2 minutes which is okay, but with a little kid it was not very comfortable for me holding 3 suitcases and a child. Next time, I would find another property."

"Showed up at 11:30 pm right as the restaurant was closing because my train was late to a massive line at check in and very slow service. When I reached the front finally the person told me to wait as if I hadn’t already been doing that for 30 + min after a brutal travel day. She was very nice and helped me out to get checked in. "We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."

"The hotel was clean, the staff especially at the restaurant and bar are amazing. Breakfast spread was something to talk about- the spread was really something never seen in other restaurants.
On the down side, getting to this hotel proved to be a nightmare! Too close for the airport cabs, not easily accessible by train, and too far to walk with your luggage and suitcases. And the hotel does not have an airport drop off or pick up transportation.

"Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht.
Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."
