"View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning.
The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous.
Staff - courteous and polite
Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John.
Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking.
They have foosball table, board games, billiards table.
Self laundry service for CHF 10."

"We stayed in the separate studio across the street that has cooking facilities. The room was relatively clean, but there was a lot of dust and dead insects visible on the part of the wood bed frame near our heads. The fridge wouldn’t stay closed and the hair dryer didn’t work. Our bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty and it did not get refilled for the 4 nights we stayed, even though I requested a refill on day 2. "Going in we knew it was a historic building but the room was dark and minimal compared to other similar facilities we have stayed at. No one was at the desk to check us in, we had to call on phone at desk to pay for parking before getting code to lock box for key to room. There was no mention of a code to get back in the building in the evening. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. Beautiful area with an old church and covered bridge."
