"Expedia said they would take 5 people. I got there around midnight with 4 kids 11 and under after a 10 hour drive and they turned us around saying u would need to pay for 2 rooms they need to update their information. I also paid for the room and would like a refund back."

"One of the reasons I was willing to pay this rate was because of the free breakfast. Cold cereal and apples is not a breakfast. I was forced to go out for breakfast at a cost of $14.56. I feel that the hotel should pay me back for this expense. I feel cheated!"

"Amazing stay as always. Can’t beat the price and the cleanliness of the rooms are always appreciated. The staff recognizes us even though we are only in visiting family a few times a year. Our first time using the pool and it was clean, as well!"

"I liked that it was conveniently placed in town but my room was not clean I had to go to the desk and ask them to clean it and change the shower curtain because it had mold on it"

"The first room was not what I reserved and there was no lock on the door and the shower was broke. There was not shampoo and conditioner in the rooms and for 2 adults they only had 2 towels. The toilet got clogged and the staff asked if I was going to unclog it and I said if I had a plunger she informed me on was at the front desk. TV was broke and wasn't a very relaxing or pleasant stay."
