"Friendly staff"

"The air conditioning worked just fine. The room had obviously been updated. You could hear people staying in rooms next door. Bed was not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Pillows weren't great either. No conditioner. Walk in shower didn't have enough lip so it leaked all over bathroom. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. "

"My room was clean. Staff responsive. Breakfast and sundry amenities were better than the marketing shows. The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. "Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel."

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."
