"The air conditioning in our room barely worked, it was 102 outside and our air conditioning could never get our room temp under 78. No house keeping came to change sheets and towels. Staff was at best, adequate, including the staff in the casino. "

"this place was no good. the rooms were dirty. you could have looked out at the river except the windows were so dirty you couldnt see through them. it smelled bad. there is no pool available. there are no open restaurants. they have all shut down. the "beach" was a joke. "

"It’s good enough for me. No complaints really. Best casino in my opinion. Very close to In N Out. Good for walking on the River walk. Not the most exciting pool but whatever. It’s never too busy and it’s pretty relaxing "

"Met my needs the pool was open clean and working but the pool and area by the laundry area had bags of garbage obviously of an even nobody cleaned up after. I was there a week, it was old trash. Not a bad place to stay for a night while traveling with a dog. Oh and the dog poop collection bin was overflowing. But free bags!! Yay!"
