"The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return."

"Novel and unique stay but wouldn’t stay again or recommend due to price and returns of experience. Mountain views also include view of driveways and other people from neighbouring campsite who can see into your bubble. See-through fence around outdoor bathtub. Included breakfast is cereal, toast and instant coffee. Can pay additional for hot meal (pre-made curry and microwave rice), which cost $20+ so we chose to drive to nearby town for dinner instead.
