We decided to have dinner at the last minute which was really very nice. Nice river walk into the centre of Oxford rather than walking along the main road. The only negative was having to pay £25 for parking! "

"We got moved room at midnight, and had to move all of our belongings because the power in our room wasn't working, which was an issue the desk knew about when they gave us the room. Then, when I attempted to get a refund on the room for the night, we were offered free breakfast, but the lady on the desk was desperate to haggle down the number of days we got it for. Just felt very cheap and really made us not enjoy the stay."

"Step into Room 18 , although signed , is a bit precarious if you are unsteady on your feet . Light switch to bathroom kept falling off . Breakfast , although nice , is overpriced . Location is very convenient for city Centre . "
