"Let's start off with this.
We had a little trouble finding the place because of road closures from a storm that rolled through the town a day prior.
What a nice location though!! Perfectly placed to accommodate everything we wanted to do as a family. The issue I had and it's the only issue was the refrigerator was not running well and the freezer and fridge caused my food to have to be thrown away, now yes that stinks and was unfortunate, but the staff made me very happy and were more than accommodating, they even went and purchased a brand new fridge for the room.
The problem however was the power outage that occurred sometime after, that really put a damper on the trip, but we made the best of everything.
When I went online to try to cut my trip short and leave , I asked for a partial refund for the room and for the food that I had lost.
Not only did Expedia and Ohiopyle Suites take care of me , but they refunded my entire trip.
Talk about customer service.
I will return 100% in the near future to go rafting hiking and biking again.
We really had a great time and the issues that we did have well , they were not caused by the staff or
anyone else. It was just mother nature doing her thing.
Thank you again for all the help and the accomodations that came with the stay.
