"I was travelling with my daughters and parents for a wedding. My dad fell in the parking lot - there should be a sign that says to watch for your step or some yellow tape to indicate the step close to the door. My parents were also stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes returning from the wedding reception. The staff reimbursed them $12 for their troubles which was ridiculous. The check in was also difficult and we had to prepay the rooms completely."

"Great staff, very clean (I am very picky) comfy bed however the a/c unit was VERY loud when it kicked in. We did mention it to the front desk upon departure and he said he would have maintenance look at right away. Other than that we would definitely sray again."
