"They tried to forcibly enter my room after I fell asleep in a completely dry bathroom, that being the only thing that would ease my nausea. They cited water in the vents but there were no vents on the floor in the bathroom. Don't turn on the air conditioning or else these clowns will send someone to break in to your room, should another customer complain about being cold."

It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that there was a “Boil Water Advisory “ at the front desk rather than finding a letter on the counter in the room and no bottled water in the room for at least brushing my teeth. "I'm not familiar with Sudbury, but this property feels like it's in a sketchy part of town. Under a bridge and beside a rail yard, I had to drive around a dozen people wandering around in the street outside a centre offering services to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction just to get to the hotel. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have found a different place to stay. The parking lot is pretty beaten up, the lobby looks tired and the elevator is quite worn. The room was mediocre....
