"The hotel was excellent overall. The cleanliness was perfect, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing missing at breakfast was croissants, which would have been a nice addition.
The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. However, I would suggest creating a little more atmosphere around the pool. For example, having a pool bar with servers offering drinks, some relaxing music, and a more lively ambiance would make the experience even better.
One area that could definitely be improved is the elevator service. The elevators are quite slow, and the waiting time can be long. It might be worth having the elevators inspected or serviced by Otis or another professional elevator company to improve their speed and efficiency.
I also found the check-in time of 4:00 PM a little too late. If possible, a 2:00 PM check-in would be much more convenient for guests. Similarly, the 11:00 AM check-out feels a little too early. A 12:00 PM check-out would provide a more comfortable experience.
Overall, we had a very good stay, and with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even better experience to its guests."
