"The initial staff that was there at check in was amazing. Such great costumer service and so friendly. The staff that followed her shift was nice as well. The 2 desk staff that followed those shifts were just on their phones their entire shifts trying to hide them quickly when people walked by and weren’t as friendly or helpful. The hotel was under renovation so it wasn’t a pretty site but we were upgraded to a drive up room without asking free of charge which was nice. We found breakfast to...

We love having four pillows but they should have included two softer pillows along with the more firmer pillows that were provided. Other than that we had an amazing stay as usual. Thank you so much! "Clean room and property, breakfast is good, our room with 2 queen beds had lots or extra room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The connected hotel can make parking difficult when they are busy as parking is limited. However parking is available behind the hotel next to the fast food places. I stayed many times at this hotel and has always enjoyed the stay. "
