Votre chambre faisait 20m2. - Toute nos salles de bain sont avec douche ou avec bain. Pour ce dernier, il doit être spécifié en tant que demande à la réservation de façon à ce que nous puissions vous donner satisfaction. - Vous avez choisi un hôtel 3 étoiles; taille de la chambre et équipements de la salle de bain sont aux standards de Hotelstars EU dont fait partie le système d'évaluation des hotels en Suisse. Nous sommes ravis que propreté et accueil étaient à la hauteur de vos attentes. Please be aware that a parking underground in the city is a huge investment. To be fare with all customers, those who come by car and want a parking space, have to pay for this extra service and it is the same in any city hotels. Our price of CHF 18.00 per day is very competitive should you compare with public parkings. We regret you decided not to come to our hotel again for this reason. Best regards,
