"This hotel was great for our stay. Close to the bus and train and a great location. It was clean and roomy and we had a great time. We recommend to anyone visiting Switzerland."

"Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. "Near to the train station and in the middle of the shopping area. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Great breakfast was included, with a full service bar for drinks"

"Todo limpio y atención del personal"

"We had a beautiful room with balcony and wonderful views. We did not frequent the restaurant or any other amenities so I cannot comment on them. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay and location was great."

"We were greeted by a lovely staff member who explained everything well and helped us with holding our bags before checking in. She was very friendly. The room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great view of the beautiful scenery. Great location near the train station too!"

"Very good hotel in interlaken west. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Had nice garden. Good breakfast with options. Had everything we needed for our stay. Also the owner even booked a taxi for us when I requested. Only thing I would pick is it’s bit of walk from the train station if you are not used to that much walking, otherwise great hotel."
