"Lavasa is an awesome place when weather is good. When we went, it was raining & Clouds were almost on Road. Excellent place. Regarding property, we had to wait for the keys for some time but the person who cane was good & explained everything very well. The apartment itself is very nice located with a lake view but not well maintained, smell indicates it. Lot of things are taped with writing do not open. TV is there but no cable connection which was informed in advance but still it’s rare to see...

"The property seemed to be still under construction. Equipment in Common Amenity Room like Carrom Board was of pure quality. Other table games were miniature, low-end versions. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. But other Room had a Smart TV with very limited options and no channels. Restaurant charges are too high. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are designed with rustic design theme, but give an incomplete feel."

"The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side)."

"Overall stay for 2 nights for awesome. Mr. Jitendra and his team was fabulous and they ensured our stay was comfortable.
