"The apartment at Villa Karla was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and it was also great to have a parking space - we visited Zadar at the end of our trip and it was then easy to drive on to the airport."

"The hotel’s location is excellent.
However, the noise level was a significant drawback. There was very loud noise coming from outside, continuing well past midnight. It appeared that parties or late-night gatherings were taking place nearby."

"We have just returned fromr 4 nights at Demar Residence. Our stay was perfect 👌. We arrived early and were presented with iced water and invited to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room to be ready.
The pool area is spotless, well maintained and towels provided. The room.when ready was lovely and spotless.
The staff were amazing, so polite and friendly.
The location was perfect 👌 30 mins walk from the old town and a good choice of beaches within 20 to 30 minutes.
