Khách sạn Lawki

"The staff at the hotel were remarkably kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Many staff speaking really good English,.Nice breakfast buffet, not overly huge but good quality. Room was fairly quiet and slept well. In general a very positive experience."

"The hotel is good , whenever I am in Katowice I stay there, They have to provide un-slippery stripes or mat in the bathtub, the sauna shower need to clean the drain traps it blocks easily after minute of showering the water flow over the place. The staff every where are very friendly and very nice , helpful . I will go again."

"Room very comfortable, great view of the city. Staff extremely helpful. The restaurant is exceptional"

"Good parking"

"Me encantó el hotel y el servicio, la comida espectacular, muchas gracias"

"Das Zimmer war total sauber. Frühstück auch sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Empfang ist. Personal war nett. Spabereich konnte ich leider nicht nutzen."

"TVs are terrible. Only plugs in the room were on the opposite side of the beds. Useless at night. Beds are awful. Sleeping on a concrete bench would have been more comfortable."

"Very basic old hotel, almost a motel style. The only reason to stay here is due to lack of other choices in the city. Overall we had good experience, just the hotel class is below most others we’ve stayed in. Location is central and convenient, also next to the train station. Unfortunately we also had an issue with the A/C unit making loude noise every few minutes."

"Great location (close to a train station) and very helpful staff. In terms of cleanliness and overall experience, this was one of the better hotels in their class that I stayed in recent years. Breakfast buffet was well stocked (although, I missed my bacon…) and everyone would fine something for themselves in the offer. Once again, great hotel and thank you for hosting me."

"Das Novotel in Katowice hat mir sehr gefallen, Zimmer war sauber, tolles Frühstück und gut geschlafen hab ich auch. Parken am Hotel war möglich👍"

"The only bearable thing in this place was breakfast. There is no AC or even a fan in the rooms, with hot temperatures it was unbearable. No room refrigerator for drinks. Room was provided with two small bottles of water but no bottle opener. The furniture seen much better days. Mattress hard like a rock. Terra cloth bedding unpleasantly harsh. Thin synthetic towels were previously used to map the floor. Service definitely not customer oriented, whole place stop caring about 30 years ago. Poland...
