"We initially had a room on level 2, the room wasnt clean, it was dark and pretty much nasty, nothing like the pictures. We went to the reception and the lady nicely upgraded us on level 5. by being on the level 5, everything was ok but hotel is really a 3 stars. Amenties, pool and beach are very nice. Valet service as well very professionnal. Restaurant food is ok but cafe is very good on the lobby floor."

"Clean room with all the amenities and comfy beds. Breakfast was good with coffee and everything kept clean. Indoor pool was great and kept clean also, the only thing I did not like was the Miami traffic!"

"A shuttle tracker was provided which proved useful, we ended up taking an uber rather than wait for nearly an hour for it to return to the airport. The check in process was complicated by the employee maintaining a video chat whilst checking us in. This also led to a delay in getting packages which had been delivered and for which I was then charged a fee. The room has an unusual layout but was clean and the bed comfortable. However the noise from the road, airport and the persons next door made...

"This is a clean but older Hampton Inn that is conveniently located near the Miami airport. It served its purpose for a one night stay after a very long flight from Egypt. We appreciated the cleanliness but would recommend an upgrade to the mattress. The breakfast was well prepared and received."

"Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and larger than expected. We got there early and the lobby was crazy busy with people waiting for rides to the port for various cruises. We dropped our bags with the staff and went for a walk to the nearby park. By the time we returned two hours later all was calm and we were impressed by how clean and calm the lobby was!"
