This property was pleasantly surprising. I wasn’t sure what to expect given the great price we got. Room was nice and clean , comfy bed, great water pressure for a hotel. The staff was okay too.

No WiFi during entire stay and management offered nothing to make it right. Front desk staff was helpful and nice. Our room cooled only in the two bedrooms, not the main living area making it stuffy and uncomfortable. The location is convenient to many stores and restaurants, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt House. The room was spacious, the provided breakfast is excellent. Appreciated the closeness to Dania Pointe and the Airport Shuttle. However there were issues with the elevator, hopefully those have since been resolved.
