"First room the heat did not work and they switched me to another room. However it was not a refurbished room but okay. Slept well and bed was very comfortable. "

"We liked the spacious clean room areas. We noticed the nice fresh smell right away. The bed was comfortable. The check in and checkout process went well. The customer service was nice! It was not fancy which is what we were expecting and it was fine with us. The room was cozy and warm on a cold evening. It seems like the thermostat didn't work correctly so it kept right on heating even after it reached the desired temperature! We told the attendant about it so I'm guessing it will get fixed...

"We went there due to Frozen water at our home. Surprisingly the room was very clean and less hot water great shower pressure exactly what we needed we did not spend the night as we did not need to."
