"Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests."

"This property has gone way downhill. If youre an out of stater visiting, the photos are very misleading. The area doesnt feel safe nor is it anywhere close to cleanly. We had people in and out all night, solicitors outside at all hours and even watched a drug deal occur in the parking lot. I would recommend literally any hotel but this one. My family all left and got refunds because of how gross their rooms were."
