"Everything was great"

"No parking for trailers, barely parking for pickup trucks. Just sketch but I guess that's why it's cheap. Staff definitely didn't care. "

"I can honestly say I wasn't expecting much from a Comfort Inn but this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very very clean and well maintained. The room was well equipped with enough towels and pillows. I was really impressed."

"Found a butter wrapper with residual in refrigerator. A clipped toe nail on floor. Did sleep great, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Great shower, a very comfortable stay. I would stay there again."

"Loved the room size/space. However, no closet just a clothes bureau with limited hangers. Bed was very comfortable plus there was DAILY housekeeping service. (Rare find nowadays) We were not happy with the wimpy shower pressure and the ability to hear everything in other rooms. Sounded like a family of elephants were above us."

"My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition."

"The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. "

"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language. Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work. Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does...
