"My stay at this hotel lasted 4 days, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold offerings. My bed was very comfortable, as was the room. This hotel is near many things such as good bus routes, grocery stores, coffee shops and fast food. I would not hesitate to book at this hotel when I visit again."

"Reserved a king room only to find out when getting into the room they gave us two queens. When I asked at the front desk i was told the manager changed it and to consider it an upgrade since two queens cost more money. I disagree I think sleeping in a smaller bed than what was reserved and not being made aware of it is an inconvenience. Room still had fruit snacks in the couch, mold on the shower ceiling, no fan in the bathroom and it smelled moldy after showering. For the price we paid which...

"Excellent check - in. Holly was so lovely and helped me with taxis... and information about local restaurants.
There was a fire alarm at 6:30 a.m. the next morning. I was in the shower and had to quickly dry off and get dressed...that was a bit scary! but all ok.
The breakfast each day were very good... hot and a good selection . with good coffee.
Mary was super helpful and excellent customer service. She helped me with printing my boarding pass...and gave excellent directions and...

"I liked everything about this place except for the person who checked us in, she was rude and confrontational. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never been questioned as to my ID the way this woman did. I felt like I was being interrogated. She needs to have someone teach her the meaning of being in customer service."

"Finding the hotel in downtown Pittsburgh was a bit overwhelming. The check-in is located on floor 25. However, the elevators worked quickly, the decor was old but lovely, the room was nice. The breakfast was astonishing with a chief preparing our eggs as ordered! A parking garage is within a half block of the hotel side-street door and it is cheaper than any other options."
