"I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had bed bugs, which made my stay uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, despite being promised a 20% discount for parking and product purchases, the hotel staff did not honor this offer. "Had a terrible experience at airport. This hotel made it so easy to go back and forth with free shuttle. They where also super understanding of my delayed flight and accommodated me . They offered extended stay by the hr after checkout time pretty cheap. Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was super helpful. Room was nice and spacious . Overall very half and thank you!"
