"Excellent staff member’s my issue was that every time I came to the room my key didn’t work , four times I had to go to the front desk to get the key reprogrammed, that was painful. I get to my door the keys don’t open the door. I have to go back downstairs and have the key reprogrammed. That was the only issue that I had was wonderful hospitality great breakfast great thank you for everything. I will choose this hotel before any other one."

"Floor was dirty. Our socks and feet were black after an hour of walking in that room. Washroom wasn't cleaned. We had to disinfect everything.

"Pilar as front desk was exceptional skill for customer service. Towels are really white and clean. First time I see pillow label by soft and hard / I have 20 years experience in hospitality. Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash just wonderful. The room are spacious and divide to privacy really and lovely surprised. Just wonderful. Was really great staying . "

"En el área del desayuno la muchacha nunca dio los buenos días nunca sonrío, de echo un guess tuvo un accidente ( se le derramó un poco de jugo) y la chica lo siguió con la mirada seria hasta que se sentó en la mesa, luego fue y tiró un trapo al suelo y lo limpió con el pies mirando al señor. Eso es una falta de respeto.
Luego apagó la luz del área del desayuno sin considerar que avían guess tomando su desayuno. Otra falta de respeto.
Esta chica no tiene tacto para trabajar con el costumers...
