"Beautiful Rooms and the hotel is fantastic. The only downside was the restaurants where service was poor. First night, meals (for two) came 20 minutes apart. Not fun! Second night, a $95 ribeye for two was not hot and went cold before we were half finished. Accompaniments, were stingy and also not hot enough. We felt a bit ignored as we tried to catch to attention of our server several times. Also, Happy Hour times are inconsistent throughout the restaurant. Why? Very annoying!"

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure...

"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...

"Bit hard to find as not on Main Street but above shopping centre. No pool which was a shame but these were the only negatives. Everything else about the property was fabulous. Early check in given without asking. Very attentive and helpful check in staff. Great choices at free breakfast included. Room was great and overall position of hotel was convenient to MTR station to city and public bus to airport. Lots of eating places around hotel. Was perfect for a 2 night stay"

"It is an average hotel, mainly for conferences (as it had 5+ conference rooms). The location was near the Straits of Johore, and thats why we choose it. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel except army facilities and buildings - no local shops. Due to road works the road trip took over 30 minutes to get the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel was the free bus trip to the MRT station, for a quick and very cheap trip back to the airport."

"Appreciate that the room is so clean. Everything is so well thought through. From being able to charge my mobile right by the bedside to the availablity of the filtered water for drinking. Enjoyed the TWG teas. Well done Conrad. A lovely stay. Thank you."
