This is a really upscale hotel! The room and all facilities are new and up to date. The bar and especially the restaurant are fantastic. The chef and wait staff are very upscale and the food was delicious. They also have a fine wine selection from all over Italy. We loved our one night stay!

ingen internet på værelset - ellers ok.

som udgangspunkt er standarden 3 stjerner. dvs. hvis man skal have mere end 3 stjerner, så skal der ydes over standarden. dette gør de også på hotellet med deres omgivelser og morgenbuffet. men det som trækker dem ned igen er at internettet på værelset ikke fungerer og at de ikke tog de 2 henvendelser seriøse.......

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Hotel und alles Drumherum Perfekt. Service, Rezeption, Zimmer, Wellness, Gartenanlage - einfach ein Traum. Das Einzige was uns gestört hat - es werden täglich die Handtücher gewechselt. Das müsste aus umwelttechnischen Gründen nicht sein. Aber das war wirklich unser einzigster Kritikpunkt.

Schönes Hotel, ebooker Kunden benachteiligt!

Uns wurde eines der schlechtesten Zimmer im Hotel zugeteilt und erst durch einen Aufpreis von 25 € pro Tag wurden wir am nächsten Tag in ein schönes Zimmer umgeteilt. Am Anreisetag war dies nicht möglich (mein Geburtstag). Zimmer Parkseite haben im Frühling keine Sonne, deshalb ist es auf dem Balkon sehr kalt, sehr dunkel und absolut keine Seesicht! Auf unserer Reservation stand leider nichts von Parkseite, man konnte auch nicht auswählen und es gibt nur ca. 4 sollche Zimmer! Die Kompetenz an der Reception war eher schlecht.
