Ab Mittag kann man die zimmereigene Terrasse kaum genießen, denn die Sonneneinstrahlung ist extrem. Trotz mehrmaliger Bitte, sah sich die Hotel-Managerin außer Stande einen Sonnenschirm (25.-€) bereit zu stellen. Bei 290.-€ pro Nacht (13 Übernachtungen) hätten wir etwas mehr Service erwartet. "Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

Catherine and Philip were such amazing hosts! Very accomodating and helpful.
The location is perfect if yoy prefer peaceful and quiet for relaxation. The bus stop is is nearby so if you want to go downtown you can just jump into the 12 line. I very much recommend L'escapade Bellepierre, would live to stay there again when i visit the island next time."
