"We selected reserved a room which we were not allocated but a significantly worse room, dirty and with plaster falling from the ceiling from a prior leak, poor WiFi, appalling shower room, and no amenities. ( All had to be prearranged) So no drinking water on a day when it was 34 degrees. Owner said ..."
