"A l arrivée dans notre chambre , la porte des sanitaires( douche et wc) était bloqué, nous l avons signalé a l agent d accueil qui n' a rien fait, aucune aide, pas d autre chambre disponible et aucune réponse adaptée. Dit le signaler le lendemain à l agent d accueil. Nous avons eu aucune proposition pour nous dédommager. Décevant pour un 4 étoiles, "

"Logement PMR spacieux et bien équipé. Le canapé lit est très confortable mais lit vraiment trop ferme. La salle de bain PMR est très spacieuse aussi, parfait si on est en fauteuil. C'était agréable de pouvoir prendre sa douche sans avoir de difficulté pour entrer dedans ou en sortir. Sinon petit soucis de communication pour l'arrivée tardive, on m'a dit que je recevrai un sms vers 17h vendredi avec les informations, rien donc j'ai rappelé mais impossible de les joindre au téléphone. Le lendemain...

"Great one night stay during our road trip in France. Apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable (even sofa). There is a kitchen area (that we did not use but it looks well equipped). Fast WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff, large parking. Location is Somewhat in outskirt of the city but it helps to avoid traffic. "

"Clean apartment, close to the centre with secure parking. A bit noisy in the morning but overall a decent, no nonsense, place to stay. Communication from the aparthotel by email was fast and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and allowed me to change apartments due to some construction in the neighboring building. Both apartments were beautiful, clean and fully equipped. I loved my stay here and will definitely recommend it to others."
