"The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. "Es ist ein sehr schönes und saubers Hotel. Sehr neu. Alles sehr praktisch im Zimmer enthalten. Wie eine kleine Wohnung. Einzig ein eigenes Restaurant zum frühstücken fehlt.Im gleichem Häuserkomplex, hat es ein Restaurant. Es öffnet leider erst später am Morgen. "

A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future. "

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"Hotel Royal Savoy is a beautiful hotel. Totally refurbished with a new 100 room wing with spa added and reopened in 2016 after a multi year refurbishment. I have stayed here several times in the last 39 years, since living here for 7 weeks when studying at the near by IMD in 1986. It’s a suburb location. Midway between the Lac Leman and the rail station. If arriving by train take the metro just 2 stops towards the lake and you will emerge less than 100 metres from the hotel. The refurbishment was of the highest possible standard. And the buffet breakfasts on outside deck are exquisite. Thanks again. "

"Great hotel, lake view is spectacular! Rooms are spacious, clean and even though you can’t change the temp with eco laws, it was incredibly comfortable and cool even during a heatwave weekend trip. Not too far from the centre and really accessible by car as well as public transport. Would come to this hotel again and highly recommend it!"

"Very friendly, helpful staff, although check in check wasn’t until 3pm, we were able to use the left luggage facility as soon as we arrived from the train station which was easily walkable. Free passes for the Lausanne public transport were also provided to us at that point which was extremely helpful/useful"
