"Accoglienza dal gestore che si presenta malcurato e sporco. Alla reception si trova un divano totalmente graffiato da animali e l’ambiente è maleodorante. Camera sporca, in un ambiente rumoroso. Le stanze non sono affatto insonorizzate ed un telefono della reception che squillava continuamente sembrava essere in camera. Non c’è la possibilità di far colazione, non esiste una cucina, personale inesistente. Passata una notte su quattro e poi fuggito. Perdo i soldi ma non sono mai stato in un posto...

"My wife and I had a great stay at Capuleti apartments. Iulia and Isabella were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is daily cleaning. The location is excellent. A window shade makes the room very dark. The bed was very comfortable (despite what another reviewer wrote). The rooms are in the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator. "It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy.
