The receptionist and other staff were so helpful and so sweet. We were so impressed by the level of service and how friendly everyone was. Such a great experience. We will send all our friends and family here. Exceptional."

"This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz."
