"We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars."

"Schöne Lage oberhalb des Stadtzentrums, allerdings 3 km vom See entfernt. Wir hatten ein schönes klimatisiertes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kirche und den Garten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war gut."

"Hôtel et spa très bien. Seule bémol nous n’avons pas pu nous endormir avant 3h du matin car un mariage avait lieu à côté de l’hôtel dans le casino et la musique était très forte jusqu’à 3h du matin. Dommage lorsque l’on veut passer un week-end relaxant…"

"Résidence très bien située, en plein centre, proche des restaurants, des commerces et des thermes. Studio agréable, spacieux et très propre. Parking privé très pratique même s'il est payant. Personnels de réception sympathiques. Sur place pour 1 nuit seulement, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il semble que tout le matériel nécessaire soit à disposition."

"The location and balcony are amazing. Just sad the room doesn’t get cleaned during your stay. We also were very disappointed to find out that the toilet didn’t flush properly. The trash doesn’t get emptied, the toiletpaper not refilled and room gets really hot during the afternoon. The location is amazing with a beach on 7min steps away. The staff is kind and enough restaurants nearby. Parking is free"

"Chambre salle d cheveux dans le lits sur les cousins … wc boucher , pas d’eau chaude pour ce lave. Jamais reçu les instructions d’arrivé du patienter 20min pour enfin avoir une personne au tel et qui nous envoi les codes d’accès qui ne marche pas pour la seconde chambre "
