"Overall, my stay was okay, and the staff were generally pleasant. I also wanted to mention that having breakfast included each morning was a really nice touch. It was convenient to have that available on site, and I appreciated that part of the experience.
However, the cleanliness and condition of the room were below what I expected. The room was quite dusty, and the carpets and couch felt worn and not particularly clean. It gave the impression that the space could benefit from a proper deep clean. If there are renovated rooms available, it would also be helpful to clearly identify those, as I believed I had booked one and was surprised by the condition of the room.
I also attempted to use the bathtub during my stay, but there was no way to keep the water in the tub, which made it unusable. That was disappointing, as it’s a basic feature guests reasonably expect.
One other observation: while I was working in the main lobby, the cleaning staff were clearing tables and chairs, and the noise from chairs being dragged across the tile floor was extremely loud and went on for quite some time. I understand the staff are busy, but it was disruptive enough that I had to leave the area.
