"Nice good for 1 night"

"Attention danger ! Hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix mais parking non sécurisé. Ma voiture a été volée dans la nuit alors qu’elle était garée sur le parking à 50m de la réception. La direction reconnaît avoir chaque semaine 3 faits de casse ou vol de véhicule. A fuir. Privilégiez un hôtel avec parking sécurisé."

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. "The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff were super nice especially Mattis. The only negative point was how they designed the shower glass door. It leaked everywhere and ended up with wet floors"

As we don’t speak French, and the staff working were limited in their English, I had some difficulty understanding instructions. But they were patient, and it was fine. "Very well placed for visiting Ypres centre. Parking was free and secure. Room was very good all round. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurant and bar are expensive relative to the alternatives in a very short walk of the hotel."

"Location is premiere. Room is small but cozy. Elevator fits only 2 persons. Wifi is good. Windows insulate the outside noise very well. Keep in mind, the lobby is upstairs and is very tiny. Coffee and snacks are available. We enjoyed the stay. Next time probably will do more days."

"Great location .Staff were great and very helpful.Stayed in a single room which was clean and adequate for 2 nights but the shower cubicle is narrow and would be unsuitable for a larger person.Buffet breakfast ok .Overall recommended for a short stay"

"The rooms smell like smoke. I suspect either People still smoke in the rooms or they haven't change the furniture since it was disallowed in France. There were some cigarettes holes in couch. I was there during a terrible heatwave and the hotel had no solution for the heat. Staff wanted to help but had nothing to offer to deal with terrible heat at night. With worsening global warming I suggest not to use this hotel in summer months."
