"Great appartment, very nice people, perfect place for our going to lessons at pointe faula.
Wifi a bit slow in the room.

A lovely two day stay. This hotel is very expensive but in a beautiful setting with comfortable rooms and patio areas ( most with own plunge pool). The staff are very friendly and anxious to make sure everything is good for you. The only thing letting it down was a bit of disorganisation at breakfast. You have to pre order with the idea it is all smooth and easy in the morning. Unfortunately on both breakfasts there were errors and delays. We were not too bothered by this but for a hotel...

The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Really enjoyed the hotel and facilities.
The pool and swim up bar are a strong plus point. The hotel serves a substantial breakfast and has a good a la carte in the evening. The town around has good restaurants and car hire places to explore the Island. The main attraction of this location is the proximity to the harbour, loads of fantastic boat tours.

It was like a paradise. Staff was beyond amazing. View was beyond amazing room was amazing. 9 pout of 10. My only complaint was that mosquitoes often were able to get inside the room. For some reason I don’t get bit by them in Martinique or in New Orleans, my home. But they buzzed in my ear which disturbed me a bit.

The accommodation was very basic considering it was one of the most expensive rooms at the property, ‘sea view’ was a bit of stretch. There was no shampoo / shower gel, just a little bar of soap. There was also no replenishing of toilet paper or changing of towels in the 3 nights I stayed so when the one roll provided ran out I had to go to reception to ask for more and also for clean towels. There was no wifi in the room either unfortunately. The room was clean and air conditioned and the...
