"We check in and got to our room and it was not the room i had rented. We went back to the desk and I showed her the one I rented and she changed us to the right river front room with a patio. She blamed it on the site we rented from. Everything else was great. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant was good. There was no breakfast with this room."

"The room was not made up while we stayed. They said they only do it every 3 days and that’s an issue if you want clean towels when there are 1 or3 people in a room. Bed was ok but pillows were pretty flat. Definitely not worth what they are charging. Won’t stay there again."

"We were visiting Sioux City, IA and picked this hotel because of the location and amenities. I wanted somewhere that not only had a pool but a hot tub, and was close to where we needed to be. The hotel is located right off the interstate, and across the street of a gas station & convenience store. (It also has a Godfather’s Pizza Express inside) We checked in pretty late due to the last minute nature of this trip. So, when we checked in it was about 1/1:30 am. The front desk person helped us quickly to get into our room on the 3rd floor. So, it was nice and efficient! The room was clean, and I didn’t notice any problems with anything when we settled in. We essentially just dumped everything out and went to bed. We figured the next morning we’d figure out more. (Free WiFi) They have a full hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and potatoes. Cereal, toast, muffins & ofc make your own waffles! Yummy! Lots of choices for breakfast that was included. We were able to use the hot tub and heated pool with no issues. They were both well kept and clean. We all enjoyed using them. Downside was towards the end there were some groups of kids/families staying there. And they were very noisy! Some of them were yanking on doors. Of which they yanked on ours. So that wasn’t fun. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and somewhere we would stay again. I do wish it was a bit cheaper. But it is what it is on price, and I wish I had realized this was a Choice Hotels location."

"It is close to the train tracks and the train will let you know when it passes around 1 am in the morning. Other than that it was very nice place to stay."

"Staff acted like it was an imposition to check me in. I needed to clarify almost every request they had because they were soft spoken. Room had a broken floor tile in bathroom, hair on the floor. In main room the lampshade was crumbling, another had to be wiped off."

"Checked into my room and it wasn’t cleaned. Bed was still dirty. Used towels still hanging in the bathroom. Pee in the toilet. No apology. Just moved rooms. "
