"Would have no problem staying here again the location is ideal/beautiful, the property is clean throughout and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but after a long days walk I was more than happy to find this hotel. The breakfast was basic but also very good. The only problem I had was the size of the shower it was difficult to get washed. Anyone who has installed a second shower at 600x600 into a downstairs bathroom will know what I mean. That said it’s...

"An expensive mistake met with appalling customer service.
I was booking many hotels via Expedia for our month-long trip in France, and accidentally made a duplicate reservation for two rooms for two nights at Brit Hotel Dieppe through Expedia.
I accept that the booking mistake was mine. What extremely disappointed me deeply was the handling of my request for help.
When I spoke with the manager, she told me that because I had booked through Expedia, I needed to seek a refund from them....

Sehr kalt da die Elektroheizung nicht funktioniert. Gang sehr dunkel. Tür lässt sich nicht abschließen. Übernachtung abgebrochen und wo anders übernachtet. Nicht zu empfehlen. Leider das schlechteste Hotel während der Rundreise. Frühstück und Parken ok."
