"Happy with my stay. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is a few steps from the cathedral and the Historial de Jeanne d'Arc. It's about a 15 min walk from the train station. "In a heatwave Aircon is worth a lot. This hotel is modern and the basic fabric is good. Details however are poor - windows that don't close properly, courtesy trays not topped up for example. Staff are pleasant but lack focus so we had to play hunt the towel in the spa. Staff comment was " Someone ..."
