"When we arrived we did not get a parking code and this started off stay on the wrong foot. We emailed property several times and no response. Let into parking location by parking staff. You had to go to three different locations to reach your room. All very confusing. Staff when questioned exact location of rooms stated they didn’t really know where location of rooms were. "The Mercure is a great property in a wonderful location. It’s located in a gated village type area. Walk to restaurants, galleries and the shuttle to Mont Saint Michel is across the street. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff terrific. One item to note, no elevator. Highly recommend for your visit to the Abbey!"

"Nice property where you are taken care of by the owners making our stay great. They gave us tips about the Saint Michel and Saint Malo experiences. Breakfast was also great."
