"The staff was phenomenal. When our room wasn’t ready (we were early) the staff allowed us to drink our own wine in their lobby while we waited. They even opened it for us and brought us glasses. The hotel is luxury mixed with a phenomenal location. Their hotel parking is very reasonable and the access to the spa is very accommodating to those staying in their hotel."

"We zaten in het bijgebouw, daar zijn 2 suites en een ruime woonkamer waar je gebruik van kan maken. In de suite is een hele mooie ruime badkamer met regendouche. Het bed lag heerlijk en echt een kingsize bed, mega breed, heerlijk geslapen. De geur in het bijgebouw was zo heerlijk, alles ook brandschoon. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk. Ontbijt lekker en uitgebreid. Zij bakken zelfs een eitje voor je als je daar trek in hebt. De croissants waren op en zij bakte wat nieuwe voor ons af,...

"Not only is the hotel in a great location for events at Spa Francochamps but the reception and waiting staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way for us. Underground parking was great with wide bays for the car (car peeps will understand) and the buffet breakfast was well stocked and replenished constantly by the waiting staff."

Het diner in het restaurant is erg goed, zo ook het uitgebreide ontbijt met diverse broodjes, fruit, kazen, vlaai, op verzoek klaargemaakte eieren, sappen, etc. Ook in het restaurant is de bediening erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "The Ibis Styles Liége was a basic hotel, no more, no less. I was disappointed to find the room had neither a mini fridge nor a coffee maker/electric teakettle. I can understand not having a fridge in each room, but not having the ability to make my own tea in the morning is a problem. The staff were very helpful in many regards - one bartender helped me fill my portable water bottle with ice (the ice cubes were too big so she put a bunch in water to shrink them down.)
