The staff is exemplary and immediately makes you feel like a valued guest! The gentleman checking us walked us to our room, turned on the lights, and showed us some of the amenities on our way to our room. The room is so comfortable and beautiful! Even the room coffee and filtered water are wonderful details that exceed any other hotel!...

They were able to recommend some restaurants for dinner, which were within walking distance (20 mins). Hotel location was just 10 mins from Eurostar station and just 5 mins to the shopping areas.
