"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel: Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays. Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening. Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"The hotel is tired, you can see the wear starting in the lobby. The location is superb, close to all and the rooms were comfortable and clean but the pillows tough. The hotel could use some upgrading as it’s very worn."

"Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage direkt an der Strand Promenade mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Ca. 20 Min. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. "We stayed here for a week. The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the whole time. The hotel has a tiny elevator that leads to long wait times and is an inconvenience. The hotel didn't have ramps for carrying luggage (there were 6-7 steps to get to the elevator) and staff didn't offer help to help with the luggage either. The rooms are tiny, if you have to open two suitcases, you cannot walk from one side of the room to the other. The room didn't have refrigerator and iron, there was air...

"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."

"The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful views. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The location was amazing, just one street from the ocean, with a beautiful beach club right in front of the hotel. Everything was conveniently nearby, making it the perfect place to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit.
