Good value and clean

Very clean with excellent staff and a real bar and good restaurant. Security was good as was motorway access. Quite good value for money and we’d happily stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, sheets fresh. The grouting and silicone in the shower was not very clean. I dare say the hotel is not paying for enough cleaning, the cleaners have to do too much, too quickly, these places make money on spending the minimum. The receptionist was great, spoke multiple languages, and was welcoming and helpful.

The good stay

We spent 3 nights here and have no complaints. Just a good stay. Could be little bit cheaper, but ok, we chose it. There is a pool in the pictures gallery, but it is not accessible for children (under 16), so kids were disappointed. Good locstion close to the highway and old city of Avignon.

I am puzzled as to why this is so highly rated, the rooms are like little dungeons, the bedding, the pillows, the mattress are such poor quality, in fact the whole interior feels like what it would be like in a prison, basic and low quality As you can imagine the wifi is also of a poor quality The food options are so minimal, next to nothing around, as the hotel is no where near Avignon, so many better options and way over priced

Prima hotel voor overnachting, ziet er leuk uit van binnen. Zwembad vanaf 12 jaar dus zijn naar een riviertje gereden op 15 min afstand.

Je n’ai jamais été aussi déçu par un hôtel que celui-ci. Ce n’est qu’un vieux motel déguisé avec une partie restauration plutôt joli pour en mettre plein les yeux lors de notre arrivée, mais la réalité est tout autre. Le bâtiment réservée aux chambres est identiques à l’hôtel première classe qui est juste en face. Avec les chambres qui donnent sur un couloir où tout le monde peut passer devant avec ses grandes fenêtres donc les volets étaient fermés tout le long de notre présence dans la chambre. Des murs en cartons, qui nous permet d’entendre tous ce qu’il se passe chez nos voisins et encore plus lors de leurs ébats. Des traces sur le murs dès qu’on rentre dans la chambre on en voit que ça. Un matelas très usé, si tu choisis le mauvais côté, tu es sûr de t’enfoncer dans le lit et ça devient insupportable. Quand une voisine décide de sortir de sa chambre pour téléphoner pour ne pas déranger dans sa chambre mais se met derrière notre porte ça ne l’a pas déranger de nous réveiller à 7h00 du matin( car oui on entend aussi les conversations des gens). Mais avant cela il ne faut pas oublier qu’il y a eu l’alarme incendie qui s’est déclenché à 3h30 du matin. Après 11h de route, je ne m’attendais pas à ça. Que dire de plus, à part que sur le site, il y a écrit parking gratuit, mais peut-être que c’est à la tête du client car pour nous c’était 5euros par jours. Donc nous refusons et décidons de garer notre voiture devant l’hôtel... pas assez pour tout dire.

Avignon 2025

Vi stannade här en natt på genomresa från Spanien. Funkar alldeles utmärkt. Rummen rymliga o rena. Säker parkering även om vi tyckte att den skulle ingå(5Euro/natt). Köpcenters o restauranger i närheten/gångavstånd om man inte gillar hotellets mat. Nära till Avignon som absolut ska besökas.

Hotel propre (zones communes) et personnel sympathique. En revanche, dommage que l'hotel soit situé dans une zone commerciale a proximité de la voie rapide. L'hygiène des chambres, notamment la salle de bain reste limite (moisissures dans les angles et au plafond) Nous deplorons également le tarif excessif de l'accès a la piscine et au spa. Nous avions réservé 4 nuits, nous ne sommes restés qu'1 seule nuit.

Hôtel pas si provençal …

Le nom de l’hôtel est trompeur car si vous cherchez à être dans les terres de Provence, vous serez en réalité dans une zone industrielle. Le SPA est en supplément et son coût (40€/personne) vous freine, d’autant plus quand vous voyez la vétusté des chambres. Le prix de la chambre correspond à la réalité. Pas de restauration à la carte… peu de choix au moment du petit déjeuner…Par contre, belle décoration provençale à la réception et sur le parking. Passer de la réception à la chambre, attention aux âmes sensibles, le choc est brutal, il ne restera qu’un brin de lavande dessiné sur le mur.

Séjour d'une nuit pendant le Festival d'Avignon !

Hôtel très proche d'Avignon avec un rapport qualité / prix intéressant ! Malgré une arrivée tardive après un dernier spectacle au Festival , l'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel ! La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et nous n'avons pas profité des infrastructures proposées par l'hôtel et nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner ... !

Avis mitigé sur cet établissement. D'un côté, c'est un motel de zone d'activités bien pratique, à 10 mn en voiture d'Avignon. De l'autre, les multiples suppléments ne vont pas à un hôtel de ce type. 5€ pour stationner la voiture... ça ne va pas dans un motel. 18€ pour profiter de la piscine... Du coup, personne n'y va. Le buffet proposé au dîner est aussi à un prix exorbitant. Donc, un bon établissement pour sa localisation et son état général mais qui doit revoir son concept.

Séjour familial 2 nuits. Satisfaisant.

Séjour court (2 nuits) en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Chambre duplex assez spacieuse. Douche très spacieuse, appréciée de toute la famille. WC et lavabo aux 2 étages. Équipements opérationnels. Lit 2 places très confortable. Canapé-lit un peu moins agréable, suffisamment confortable pour des enfants mais moins pour des adultes. Le canapé-lit étant à l'étage inférieur, face à la porte d'entrée, on a choisi de laisser les enfants à l'étage supérieur où ils ont profité du grand lit confortable. Stores extérieurs télécommandés. Climatisation fonctionnelle et peu bruyante. Accès au parking et à la salle du petit-déjeuner avec la carte de la chambre ; c'est très pratique. Petit-déjeuner avec un peu de choix mais il pourrait y en avoir encore un peu plus ; il n'y en a pas eu pour tous les goûts dans notre groupe de 4. Globalement, le séjour a été apprécié. Les options de restauration sont nombreuses et les complexes de divertissement des environs le sont aussi.
