However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. "Arrived at 3:15 pm after a long drive and would let us in the room she did the check in and asked to come back at 4:30 and then the other clerk had to start all over again sating not enough room, giving us the poorest, no safe in the room, all dirty behinde the sofa , kleenex box half empty. Only one elevator is functioning and shirt of pool towels they say they didn't get any that day.😔"
