"We had a pleasant stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was a treat. It was well-kept, clean, and had a open feel with all of the windows and doors open to the sprawling yard and the mountain views. Although the parking lot seemed large enough, parking was a little chaotic. The restaurant had a good variety of choices and reasonable prices. Recommend the hotel and restaurant."

"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. "The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The Hotel has a fantastic view of the lake and the swimming pool was never busy when we were there with staff keeping an eye on providing towels and drinks. we had an excellent experience."
