"Staff very helpful. Hotel is well located. Walkable to town centre. Good bar and other restaurants nearby. However, the building is looking tired. We booked this hotel because it came up after using a “pool” filter. In the event, there was no pool. And the fitness centre was closed."

"The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful clean room. I was on a motorbike and not a safe area but it had wheel locks for them. Some hotels couldn't risk motorcycle parking because of them getting stolen ."

"Everything was fantastic at this Hotel, from when we arrived and Mustapha provided very helpful information about what to see in Reims, recommendations of where to have supper at a nearby restaurant, etc. The room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was always delicious and plentiful, it is a great place to stay and we will return whenever visiting this part of France again.
