"Zeer warm personeel, we hadden en hard bed en vroegen voor een andere kamer en ze hadden dit meteen geregeld voor ons zonder meerprijs dus dat was heel vriendelijk en flexibel. Super mooi en proper zwembad en huiselijke sfeer."

"Nous étions de passage pour 1 nuit. Petite boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie à 2 min de marche et restaurants. Nous avions tout ce qui était nécessaire à même le logement pour cuisiner."

"Typical B&B hotel, basic but clean with on-site parking. Helpful staff, breakfast available but very limited local dining options. Peppino's pizzeria - run by the slightly nutty and very funny Vincent ("Van-sonn") - is a 10 minute walk / 2 minute drive away. Fine as an overnight stop but not recommended for longer stays purely due to location."

"This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items."

"Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic. I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"

"I secured a superior room with a balcony. The bedroom was so tight I couldn’t roll my suitcase in to unpack at all. The living area - although big enough was outfitted with a couch that was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on it. Truthfully it was so hot during our visit that we likely spent more time in our room than expected so it could have been a bit of that. "The Hotel Rotonde has excellent front desk staff, especially Emma and Natalie. They were always kind and helpful to since we don’t speak French. They were able to clear up a double reservation for us and switch one of them to our friends who were unable to stay at the B&B they booked."
