"Gorgeous rooms, lobby & pool. Fabulous location, town was just across the street. Everyone that worked there was incredibly kind. Outdoor pool was amazing our kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave."

"I was exceedingly surprised that there was no ice / ice machine available. This is almost a deal breaker for our next visit to Leavenworth. Other than this the place was comfortable and quiet. Parking was free and convenient. Thank you."

"There is a reason no pictures online of the front of the motel. The building was so bad looking that it was like I was at a $30 a night motel. The room when I walked in smelled like bug spray but thankfully the smell went away the next day and no bugs in the room that I saw. The TV was about 30 inches and had only a few channels to pick from. The pool area was so uninviting and again need of repair and maintenance. Very old looking despite trying to modernize the room. "HH owners (Sandy and Ted) were very welcoming and kind. The room was well maintained and comfortable. We stayed in Black Bear which opened onto a patio with table and chairs and an adjacent lawn with adirondack chairs overlooking the Wenatchee River. It was so relaxing to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the deer nibble on the neighbor's raspberry bushes."

"We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall."
