"I only had 1 day of maid service. Mirrors in the room were dirty. The microwave on the outside was dirty. You can tell it was not wiped down. Didn't look in the inside, wouldn't touch it. "If you want to sit in a Jacuzzi tub and smoke, it's great. Other than that, there's nothing great about this place. Our TV wasn't a smart TV and wasn't very big. The bathroom door barely shut from being swollen and the light didn't work. We exchanged the blown bulb for a different bulb in the room. We only seen cereal and milk for breakfast. Maybe there is more early in the morning that we didn't see. The staff was not very friendly and don't try to get a cup of hot coffee after like noon. The...

"Room appeared recently painted. Room and bath were cleaned and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small for my old eyes, but a wide assortment of channels were available for viewing. The room had a working microwave and small refrigerator. The heating/air conditioning system was controlled by a turn dial marked from heat to cold, which took me quite a while to get the room temperature to my comfort zone.
